8 chicken drumsticks
1 1/2 cup shallots or yellow onion, chopped
Extra Virgin Olive oil
- Coat the bottom of large skillet with a thin layer of olive oil
- On medium heat, saute shallots or onions until golden brown
- Add drumsticks and brown both sides
- Add Sweet Ginger Saucey Sauce and simmer on low heat for 25 mins or until fully cooked
