Using just one ingredient, you can make a juicy, spicy & garlicky steak!
2 1/2 pounds skirt or flank steak, sliced
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Marinate steak with Spicy Garlic Saucey Sauce in bowl or Ziploc bag for 20 mins to 1 hour
- Heat grill to very high heat (Charcoal, Propane or Pan-Grills all work – you can also pan-sear)
- Sear steak to desired temperature
Plate with a fresh salad, sauteed greens or your favorite sides.
