Spicy Chicken Pasta

There’s no way you can go wrong with pasta. We promise this quick & easy pasta will be a hit at your next gathering of family or friends – the savory, spicy kick is addictive.

 

Serves 4

 3 stalks celery, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, chopper

½ green bell pepper, chopped

½ yellow bell pepper, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cubed

1 cup Spicy Garlic Saucey Sauce

1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

½ tablespoon salt

8 ounces penne pasta, cooked al dente

Method

  1. Put the cubed chicken in a Ziploc bag & let marinade with Spicy Garlic  or substitute with Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze or Sweet Ginger . Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the celery, garlic, onion & bell peppers and cook, stirring, until crisp tender.
  3. Add the chicken with all the marinade in the saucepan & simmer for a 3-5 minutes.
  4. Serve the chicken & sauce mixture over the pasta.
