There’s no way you can go wrong with pasta. We promise this quick & easy pasta will be a hit at your next gathering of family or friends – the savory, spicy kick is addictive.
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopper
½ green bell pepper, chopped
½ yellow bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
½ tablespoon salt
8 ounces penne pasta, cooked al dente
- Put the cubed chicken in a Ziploc bag & let marinade with Spicy Garlic or substitute with Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze or Sweet Ginger . Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the celery, garlic, onion & bell peppers and cook, stirring, until crisp tender.
- Add the chicken with all the marinade in the saucepan & simmer for a 3-5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken & sauce mixture over the pasta.
