Ginger Glazed Salmon

Simply sear fresh salmon fillets in a hot skillet and finish with our Ginger Glaze…and viola! Dinner is served!

Serves 4

Ingredients

4 Salmon Fillets
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 tablespoons Ginger Glaze Saucey Sauce

Method

  1. Preheat a large heavy skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Cast iron is best.
  2. Coat salmon with olive oil. Place in skillet, and increase heat to high. Cook for 3 minutes each side.
  3. Reduce heat to medium.
  4. Generously glaze each salmon fillet with 1 tablespoon of Ginger Glaze and continue cooking for 2 minutes until sauce begins to caramelize.
