Spicy Corn on the Cob

Looking for a delightful  and tasty appetizer or side for your BBQ? Are you a Corn lover? If you answer yes to both questions you definitely need to try Spicy Garlic Corn on the Cob made with Spicy Garlic Saucey Sauce!  A 15-minute recipe that is finger lickin’ good!

 

Serves 4

4 Cobs of corn

2T Butter, melted

4T Saucey Sauce Spicy Garlic

1 Lime, quartered (optional)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (garnish)

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Method

  1. Peel back the husks from the corn and remove the silk
  2. Brush the kernels with butter and then Spicy Garlic Saucey Sauce
  3. Fold the husks back over the corn and grill over low heat until cooked through, turning occasionally 12-15 minutes
  4. Remove from grill, peel back husk and remove
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Squeeze fresh lime over corn if desired
  7. Garnish with cilantro if desired
