Saucey Grilled Salmon

There are so many ways to make Salmon exciting – in fact all of our sauces are complements to this fabulous fish!

Serves 4

4 – 4 to 6 ounce salmon fillets or any fish fillets

4 pads of oil

4 tablespoons of one of our Saucey Sauce Nuoc Chams

OR

4 teaspoons of Sweet Jalapeño Ketchup or Hot Habanero Ketchup

1 cup cooked brown rice or rice pilaf

Method

  1. Heat grill-pan with oil
  2. Pan-Seared Salmon until it’s cooked through
  3. Plate salmon, cucumber, salad and rice
  4. DRIZZLE one of the sauces or ALL sauces over the salmon to your little heart’s content

Goes great with our Cool Cucumber Salad!
