Salmon doesn’t get enough credit. It’s ridiculously easy, delicious and elegant – all good reasons to add it to your repertoire! By glazing it with some spicy ketchup and throwing it in the oven, you can prepare salmon even more easily
Serves 2 (or more, just buy more fillets)
2 fillets salmon
N2 tablespoons Hot Habanero Ketchup
Method
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Place filets skin side down in glass baking dish.
- Coat each fillet with Hot Habanero Ketchup (Sweet Jalapeño works fine top, but we like the Hot Habanero here as the extra heat works well with the fatty salmon)
- Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before eating
Note: you don’t have to season these with salt, as the ketchup is made with fish sauce and is salty enough, but you can add a bit of pepper if you want
