Spicy Glazed Salmon

Salmon doesn’t get enough credit. It’s ridiculously easy, delicious and elegant – all good reasons to add it to your repertoire! By glazing it with some spicy ketchup and throwing it in the oven, you can prepare salmon even more easily

Serves 2 (or more, just buy more fillets)

2 fillets salmon

N2 tablespoons Hot Habanero Ketchup

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Place filets skin side down in glass baking dish.
  3. Coat each fillet with Hot Habanero Ketchup (Sweet Jalapeño works fine top, but we like the Hot Habanero here as the extra heat works well with the fatty salmon)
  4. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before eating

Note: you don’t have to season these with salt, as the ketchup is made with fish sauce and is salty enough, but you can add a bit of pepper if you want
