El Diablo Wings

Halloween is here, and we’ve been brewing up some devilish treats in our cauldron, taking our cues from the master of Halloween himself. So, we went south…wayyy south..and got the temperature rising with our supremely spicy El Diablo Wings. A dash of our Hot Habanero Ketjap and a splash of our Spicy Garlic Saucey Sauce make these wings suitable for us mortal sinners, purgatory dwellers, ghouls, ghosts, and goblins alike. Vampires, beware! The garlic will get you. Muahhahahah

El Diablo Wings

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings
pinch of salt and pepper
4 tablespoons Spicy Garlic
1/4 cup Hot Habanero Ketjap

Method

Preheat oven to an inferno (450 degrees). Rinse chicken wings and pat dry. Sprinkle, sparingly, with salt and pepper. Place wings into an oven proof dish, and bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken skin is bubbling and slightly browned. Remove wings from the oven and toss with Spicy Garlic Sauce and Hot Habanero Ketjab ensuring all wings are thoroughly coated. Return wings to oven and bake for another 7-10 minutes until wings are blood red and cooked through. Feast.
