This light and easy-to-make chicken is packed with Spicy flavor – guaranteed to be a hit at your next cookout!

Serves 4

3 tablespoons of  Saucey Sauce Spicy Garlic

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 1 pound)

Method

  1. Combine the Saucey Sauce Spicy Garlic, olive oil and garlic in a large zipper-lock plastic bag and add chicken.  Seal and shake the bag to make sure the meat is well coated. Place in a baking dish and refrigerate for 4 or up to 24 hours, turning the bag a few times.
  2. Prepare grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Remove chicken from bag and discard the marinade. Place chicken on grill rack that’s been oiled or coated with cooking spray. Grill 3 minutes on each side or until done. Slice and serve with our 10-min Asian Apple Slaw.

This is the best indoor chicken I’ve ever made, and I used boxed, frozen chicken breasts. Can’t wait to try this out with fresh ones… maybe post up some ideas for side dishes? 😉
