Spicy Garlic Chicken Drumstick Recipe
Spicy Asian birds-eye chilies and fresh chopped garlic make this easy chicken dish burst with savory Vietnamese flavor.
Serves 4
8 chicken drumsticks
10-15 garlic cloves, peeled
1 cup Spicy Garlic Saucey Sauce
1 small bunch fresh basil
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- In large foil pan arrange drumsticks in a single layer (do not overcrowd)
- Pour Spicy Garlic Saucey Sauce over the drumsticks and flip with tongs to ensure all sides are coated
- Scatter fresh peeled garlic cloves throughout pan
- Place washed basil leaves (no stems) throughout pan
- Marinate for 15 mins (for an extra kick)
- Bake for 35-40 mins until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Cover with foil for first 15 mins
