    Hi.
My roommate and I met you guys at the Hester St Market a few weeks ago. Your sauces are so yummy and you pulled us in with the suggestion of doing a pork belly marinated in the Spicy Garlic and coated in the Brown Sugar/ginger glaze. I was thinking of cooking it up this weekend and went to your website to get the recipe, but couldn’t find it. I have never cooked pork belly with a bottled glaze, so am unsure of when to add that magic mix! Hints would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!
