Easy Baked Fish Fillets

This quick & light recipe uses Fresh Lemon Saucey Sauce made with lots of fresh lemon zest, garlic & just a touch of sweetness. The bright, citrusy and savory flavors will make everyone ask for more.

 

 Serves 4

1 1/2 pounds grouper or other white fish fillets

3 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Saucey Sauce

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Place fish in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  2. Spread Fresh Lemon Saucey Sauce over the fish & sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  3. Drizzle with butter & bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with parsley.
