Serves 4
4 Cobs of corn
2T Butter, melted
1 Lime, quartered (optional)
Fresh cilantro, chopped (garnish)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
- Peel back the husks from the corn and remove the silk
- Brush the kernels with butter and then Spicy Garlic Saucey Sauce
- Fold the husks back over the corn and grill over low heat until cooked through, turning occasionally 12-15 minutes
- Remove from grill, peel back husk and remove
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Squeeze fresh lime over corn if desired
- Garnish with cilantro if desired
